Hola hola Mariposas!
This morning we had our usual morning meeting. In Spanish we continued to work on our La Primaver Spring writing books that we will be publishing at the end of the month. In Math we worked on our understanding of place value by using manipulatives from the "magic box." We practiced building numbers using the ten bocks and the one blocks. In gym we went outside and played capture the flag relay racing style. We came back inside and continued working on place value.
After lunch, we read to ourselves and then we talked about stories and the five finger retell which is: Setting, Characters, Beginning, Middle, and End. We went outside for recess and then we began our Family Traditions poster presentations and now we are writing this blog.
We had a wonderful day!
